A sexy, sizzling single from the 70's, I can never get bored listening to it, no matter how many times i've heard of it. Here's a little history about this song:
"Ain't No Sunshine" is a song by Bill Withers from his 1971 album Just As I Am. It is 280th on Rolling Stone's list of the 500 Greatest Songs of All Time. It was used in the hit film Notting Hill.
The song has been covered by many artists including Ziggy Marley, Lighthouse Family, Horace Andy, Ben Harper, Van Morrison, Sting, Lenny Kravitz, Tom Jones, Eva Cassidy, Al Green, Michael Jackson, Will Young and Woven Hand among others.
There are also several songs sharing the same name and many lyrics from the hook but aren't true covers, such as by Akon, Cuban Link and DMX. The last in particular is more "inspired by" than a true cover like the artist rendentions listed in the above paragraph.

You reminded me of my best friend, she is addicted to reagge & i'm addicted to rock. So you can imagine how it is like when we're in the same car lolz. i don't have a problem listening to other genres , but reagge makes me pretty sleepy . i mean not because it is bad, but because the kind i listen to is tottaly the opposite. you know what i mean yeah ?. So i have an idea about many reagge songs cuz of my friend lolz. When you talked about this song i knew it right away and said : yeah yeah i know lolz ..
But yeah IT IS a fine song :) ..
