Sleepless in Leicester.
It has been a week where, not for the first time, I've not been able to sleep much. Everytime I plan to sleep early, so that I can have a good night's rest, I end up doing something or the other and time just flies by. Infact this week has not been any eventful at all. The most damaging factor perhaps is that I have to work the nightshifts during weekends, and for that it's a hardeous task constantly shifting the body clock. By the time it's monday(tuesday being uni), Im shattered!
Perhaps after Ramadhan is over, things will get back to normal. I will try and plan ways to sleep a little longer and get that much desired restttttttttttttttttttttttttt. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz........ Whoa!

tell me about it - I have a number of 9am starts, and I like to get at least 7 hours of sleep. Need to wake up at 7:30am, so 12:30. Not too early right? But something ALWAYS comes up and i sleep at like 2 :s I hate it.
